Council House Condition & Repairs Survey

Cardiff Council’s Community & Adult Services Scrutiny Committee wants to hear your thoughts on the Council’s repair and maintenance service.

Cardiff Council’s Scrutiny Committees are separate to the decision makers. Their aim is to drive improvement in public services and enable the voice and concerns of the public to be heard.

By completing a short survey, you will be providing critical insight into the efficiency of the Council house repair and maintenance service. Helping to ensure the council provides the best service for its tenants and help identify possible areas for improvement.

This is your opportunity, to have your say, on your home.

This survey is quick and easy to complete using your smartphone, tablet or laptop and is available here. Hard copies of the survey are also available at all Council hubs.

But be quick, as you only have until Friday 28 Jan.

Members of the Committee will meet the Council’s executive to review and discuss the survey responses on Wednesday, March 9 at 4:30pm. The meeting will be webcast live for public viewing here.
