Join thousands of residents and visitors who have already downloaded the app for a smarter way to connect with council services.
With the ‘Cardiff Gov’ app your reports are automatically routed to the right team, allowing us to resolve them in the least amount of time.
Some key features:
- Check your recycling and waste collection dates and set up reminders.
- Check your Council Tax account.
- Sign up for Council Tax e-bills and notifications.
- Report a street cleansing problem such as littering or dog fouling.
- Report fly tipping straight from the scene.
- Report a problem on the road or pavement.
We will be adding new services and functionality regularly in future releases.
