The Tenant Participation Team get a makeover!

Thanks to your feedback the team are re branding and will now be ‘Tenant’s Together’. The new name represents our aim of supporting tenants to become engaged with council services and their communities.

Are you interested in being involved in your community?

We work for Cardiff Council tenants and leaseholders to make sure their voices can be heard and to help them get involved with their neighbours and Cardiff Council services.

We run surveys, focus groups, coffee mornings, activities, seasonal events, family activities, trips, and digital sessions throughout the year to help make sure Cardiff Council tenants and leaseholders have a say in how Cardiff Council Housing Services are run. You could become a Tenant Champion and support the council in making decisions, join our Young Tenant Panel to tell us what matters to you, or if you can’t come along in person, you can join a digital drop-in session.

Your opinions are vital in helping us improve the service. We offer grants to do events in your community such as street parties and events like the Jubilee, or we can provide advice on how to start up a club, activity or coffee morning. You can earn Points4u vouchers for participating which can be exchanged for shopping and gaming vouchers.

We can help keep you up to date with Cardiff Council housing’s latest projects as well as give you advice on how to keep your gardens looking great with our hanging basket workshops or blooming marvellous competition.

Blooming Marvellous has cash prizes and categories including front and back garden, why not give it a chance by ringing the number below or sending us an e-mail for an application form. Last entries are on October 1st 2024.

Not to mention, we are great at offering advice on Cardiff Council housing and can also help signpost you to other events in our city Hubs and Health and Wellbeing Service.
